If you have quite a large family, such as 4 people or more, get a single family home. It's great because:
- A lot of yard
- More rooms
- And if you like quiet&peaceful neighborhoods
And these if you like townhomes/condos:
- No yard work whatsoever
- A better way to get to know your neighbors
- Just live with a spouse or a roommate |

What type of home are you in now? Is that the type of home you want or do you want to change?
