if you are in an unlivable home then maybe we should have received facts from you to enable us to assist you properly.

Let me take your question from the county point of view with regard to why they remove children from a home:
a child must have their own bedroom. A child must not be abused or raped. There must be good food on the table and frequently. There must not be garbage around, piled up clothes, unfixed facilities (like broken water pipes), it must be free from pests (like rats, bugs, mold), there must be protection in the home from parents (and locks). There must be no leaks, and all wires must be covered and no cords left in places where children could trip, etc. Now problems like those make it an unlivable home. And it includes all you mentioned.

How do you leave? Well then how old are you? Are you old enough to earn from a job? get your own apartment? are you 18? do you dislike what you have so much that jailing your parents would be better for you? are there drugs around? are your parents constantly taking you to the doctor? are any members of your close family that spend time around you alcoholics? do you get beaten? see? we don't have all the facts so it's difficult to make a determination or give you solutions.

I was in an unlivable relationship which made the home unlivable. I just one day got up and left. It was the hardest thing I ever did. they say it takes half the time you were with someone to get over them. Just go if you are unhappy but make sure it is what you really want to do first. Good luck.

The house isn't to blame unless it has bad plumbing, (You got the point). There is no such thing as an unlivable home. If it is unlivable, it is just a house, not a home. There are three steps to getting out:
1) Pack a bag
2) Walk to the door
3) Leave
JUST DO IT!

homes generallly need a provider or two or more. i am assuming you are under 16 and there isn't a lot you can do. if you think your providers actually care about you than you are doing better than most. family and childrens services is completely disfunctional and will place kids in homes where people make money off the kids. its a horrible system.

i know families that go without electric and things i think are basic but in reality you can live without a lot. nobody is dying in your home i hope.

really if you feel you need out all i can tell you is time moves quickly and if you look at the big picture you will be out soon enough anyway. maybe when you can get a job you can help with feeding your younger brothers and sisters -- just make sure you are buying food and not giving the money to someone to mismanage it.

hope i helped some -- good luck to you.

Basically it is you. Because you have noticed that the house is unlivable. Well, every body has a life style, and if he does not get one, he tries to acquire one. The same is with the environment of the house. You get one, or make effort to acquire one, or else, you quit away from it. So, to make the house livable, either change the other members according to you, or else change according to them.

Are you being abused? To me that would be the single most important question. How do you get out? that depends on your age and many other factors. Maybe you need to call youth and family services?

Charisma
There could be many things that make a house "unlivable" First for children it could be family that is abusing him or her, or maybe or worse, it could also be that the home is filthy which could cause the child some kind of sickness. For an adult it could be along the same lines, or that the house is just a very dangerous place to reside, (such as holes in floor, ceiling, etc...) I think the general word unlivable means a situation that one cant Either happily or safely reside in. For what ever reason

As far as getting out , if your a miner you could call your local department of children and families. If your an adult and no harm will come to you by up and leaving then leave. If however you are in fear of your life by leaving them calling the NON emergency police line and ask them for help out of the home. Dept of children and families can also help adults leave a bad situation. It might take some work but some one from those 2 choices can and will direct you to the proper help you will need.

Good luck and hopefully this will turn out OK for you.

Black mold growing in the basement and starting up the walls would do that. Everyone out - it is deadly.
