Most of what's been said here PLUS it's a good deal. I mean if I am buying from an individual (pre-owned) make sure it's priced FAIRLY. If I can get NEW CONSTRUCTION for the same price or a little more--I will. No need to take on someone elses "problems". |

personally--i have to have a living room where the furniture fits-the couch cant be under a window etccc. the yard is good the grounds is not slanted for rain etc-wires--lay out--the bedroom has to fit how we live. (room to move) the kitchen is big enuf to walk not spin around. have to see the yard from the dining room or kitchen so i know what the kids doin. roof good-good walls-not from the 50's! id pick 72 till 80 cause i like ranch houses around here with the huge living rooms n hallways-i hate the new homes with a lot of tiny rooms. |

Depends on what they are looking for. If it's listed below market value, if there is not much else like it on the market for that price. If it's in excellent move in condition, on a family street. |

If the house is in reasonably good condition, if it has most of the "right" things the buyer was searching for, and if the price is reasonable.
But really, there are a million and one things that would motivate an offer and usually it is specific to the individual buyer. For example, if they have children and the house if close to a good school.
