What rate of interest i will be charged for a home loan of rs.1500000?
i have salary of Rs.10,500/- can i get home loan of Rs.15,00,000/- on it. with what rate of interested and with emi and months it will take to recover it.

virat r
well the rate of interest will depend upon the bank from which you want to take loan.
All banks used to charge different rates, what i would suggest you is: take loan from psu bank because they used to charge less rate from private players, and other benefits are also there.
if you want to find out rate of interest which banks are charging these days. than just refer to
http://www.itrust.in

I don't think so,,,,because the minimum EMI will be around 13000/- .Actually the bank will issue maximum loan amount 100 times of your monthly salary...
So i don't think you need the remaining details

vandana
it depend on the bank from which u are taking the loan and u will get the calculators also in google , please find them.

I think this will depend on the city where you reside
since a bank should know your repaying capacity
on these figures and with a resident of non metropolitan city you can be able to repay in say 10 to 12 years and rate should be 8 to 9 percent ,
but but but please note this is my idea
still bank have to finalise the same

First of all, you are not eligible for a loan of Rs. 15 lakhs. Find out your eligiblity from banks. Dont go to middlemens. Your maximum eligiblity comes to 309000/- and the EMI around 4069 for 20 years. The interest rate could be somewhere between 9 and 15 (floating rate). That is the current running interest rates as far as I know.

if you are in mumbai, check supplement Your Money in the Times of India of Mumbai on Tuesdays for latest interest rates on home loan

Dont expect loan of more than 3.50 lakhs by any stretch of imagination. Interest rate varies between 9.5 to 14.5 or so depending upon the term of the loan.

indoracle
try http://www.ratekhoj.com. It should give you rates and other details of home loan once you enter your details
