park the money in a mutual fund,
get a job,
when you can support yourself from your job.
and can make an additional $1000 a month,
buy a house, and rent it out.
use the money as a down payment
do not pay more than 15% down payment and closing costs.
that will allow you to buy a house and only pay 1/2 the mortgage.
in 3 - 5 years move in to the house yourself. |

You're into real estate right? Put a down payment on a house, fix it up, sell it and make the profit back. Keep selling houses until you get he money to fix up your own house the wayyou want it. The only obvious thing to say here is don't blow through your money. Treat yourself, but limit that. |

Invest it and save up to buy a nice home, all the while working in the job and putting smaller amounts into the investment to help you get to that home.
You should probably get the job before the home. That way when you get the home you can afford furniture and electricity. |

Mail it to me!! Lol JK anyway get a job and put the 35, 000 down as a fat downpayment on a house and then your housepayement would be dirt cheap. You may not get a loan if you are not working, if you are retired and draw a pension or retirement fund you would eb fine. Good luck!! |

You will need a job in order to buy a home to show income for a new loan. If you have outstanding bills these should be paid off, which will bring up your credit scores, giving you a better loan. You are right to want to buy a home and you will always get ahead in real estate. Todays market is a great time to buy. You may think about buying a duplex for your first home so the rents can help pay for the property, and later on this property will help you buy another. |

I would definatley take time to think about it. If your not careful it will be gone in no time. I think you should do what you know is most important with it.Think LONG TERM! Get your house, but make sure that it has been looked over very carefully that way you don't get stuck with a piece! |

First, pay off all your debts.
Second if you don't have reliable transportation, go buy a USED reliable car.
Then save the rest for a rainy day fund.
I highly recommend you read Dave Ramsey's books. Excellent!
P.S. Forget about buying a home with only 35,000 and NO JOB. |

What a stupid question. How do you buy a job, and if you could how good of a job would it be if you could buy it for $35,000.00 or less. |

Well, if it were a hundred & thirty-five thousand then I could give you some advice . . . But being that it's such a tiny drop . . . Your guess is as good as mine . . . Charity . . . Like one of those in a foreighn country that you hear advertised on late-night TV; where 61-cents a day will supply enough food for an entire orphanage for a whole year . . . Something like that. |
