You are essentially saying you think you have the right to borrow 1/4th of the monthly rent from the landlord. Why are you forcing your problems on him? How would you react if someone forced that on you?
Either close up shop or get a loan from someone who wants to lend you the money. It is despicable to borrow that much from someone without their consent. You could very well be causing him serious hardship because you want to avoid it yourself. |

So because the economy is bad you feel you should not have to pay full rent? Do you think that the landlord does not have bills? Do you think that the landlords creditors tell him it's ok to make partial payments due to the economy? Get a brain and by the way it's borrow not barrow. Nice engrish. |

You are obligated to pay 100% of the lease you signed. What your landlord understands is that HE has a mortgage to pay and HIS mortgage company will not accept 7%% of his agreed monthly pay back amount.
I would see if I could somehow get out of the lease and try and relocate my business in a cheaper area. |

You need food, clothing and shelter not a business! Pay the landlord or move somewhere else you can afford. |

First of all, forget about barrowing it from the bank because the bank will not give it to you. So that's the end of that idea, period. Tell your landlord to forget about baroowing anything. Tell him that unless he wants a vacant space with zero rent for maybe a year or longer, he better keep you as a tenant, because 3/4 of a rent is better than none. Tell him you must baroow the money from him and will pay him back when the economie improves. |
