Location, location, location. Where it is would be the most important aspect to know.

Before you go to Zillow, know that it can be significantly inaccurate.

You are much better off to ask a RE agent than to throw a SWAG at it.

and you should in clude the Square Feet.... but it sounds liek a nice house... and its new too.... ya i think that thats a good price... but sometimes you should under price your house... so you get more offers in.. and then they can battle it out..

Home Selling Pro
Here's what I've done in the past. It sounds like you're selling your home FSBO (The best way!) so you don't have an agent to run comps for you.
I would call a realtor and tell them you're consider selling your house and you would like to talk to them about how much to sell it for. They will look at compare able properties to see how much they have sold for your in your area and give you their results. That's the magic number.
You may want to drop the price a little bit since Realtors often quote high to win the listing.
You can then just tell the Realtor that you are going to consider it and thank them for the information and go about selling your house.
The Realtor is going to be bummed but that's how this business works.

You really need to ask an agent though.

Best of Luck!

If you could let everyone on here know what state you are in they could probably give better answers. Also there is information you are leaving out like square feet, is there upgrades, possible basement, etc? I could probably run CMA's for you but I need the location to do that. You also can sell the home yourself instead of involving an agent.

No offense to agents as I work with them on a daily basis.

Only a real estate agent in your area can tell you how much it's worth. You can also hire an appraiser. But for a general idea, check out www.zillow.com.

Location, location, location.

Just where the he!! is your house?????

If it is in the Boston area, ask a $1.5 Million.
If it is in rural Mississippi, it better have about 5-10 acres if you want $320k
If it is in El Paso, you may never sell it.

So maybe you ought to provide a little more info....

looking at wat u described, i would price it maybe closer between 800k or 1 mil, but that's only my opinion, and i'm basing from the area where i live and from a description that wasn't exactly detailed enough, so i'd suggest u consult someone who isn't a real estate agent, but knows wat he or she is talking about...good luck!
