sell it because if you inherited the place you could not afford to keep it, ie property tax around 45K a year, lawn maintenance, electric bill, etc plus insurance |

I would have to say I'd sell it. If I didn't also inherit a huge sum of money to go with the house, I wouldn't be able to maintain it, ie, huge gas, water, electric bills. Then I would use the money to travel the world and buy my sister a small house and ask her to leave her crappy boyfriend and go live in it. |
