Of the web-based real estate sites out there -- I would go with one of the up and comers. . . There is quite a bit of buzz going around about Buyerhunt.com -- it's a concept site where buyers go in and post what they are looking for so that sellers can go in and look for them. The idea is certainly novel, and could stick, depending on how they market it. But if it works correctly it could turn out to be helpful for buyers who don't have the time to surf the web and drive around neighborhoods all day. |

TRY biggerpockets.com this is for bank owned property they have repossessed....you can get homes very cheep in some parts of the country, depending on where you live....the bank will do anything to get rid of these as they cost them money to hold on to them...they can only sell them for what is left on the balance of the loan pluss legal costs.......at least that is the way it is in nevada |

Believe it or not, most people searching for homes, seach realtor.com. If you have listings in mls, they are automatically uploaded. There are dozen of other websites that charge a fee for you to list your homes on, but realtor.com gets the most hits. |

I use www.rmls.com, but unfortunately, I think it is regional to Oregon and Washington. So if that is where you want to look, it's a great resource! |
