in mine it would buy a four bedroom two story home with three and a half baths built 15 yrs ago on an acre or so. hbu?

In mine the house would be 80 years old, you would get 4 bedrooms, 2 - 3 baths, and 1/2 acre at best. You would assume an annual tax bill of 20k

You made me look for houses - I found nothing as high as 1mil, but for 795,000 you can buy a 1983 log home with six bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 sauna's, a hot tub, modern kitchen...
