ok front porch with ok yard - a little ugly
converted back porch which we now call sun room. it is small but fits tiny dining room table and is very sunny
the area is mixed income - nice neighbors but also a little trashy of a neighborhood. hard to find parking.

Is the backyard for that apartment only or common? You are looking between 600-900 depending on whether or not this is an apartment with it's own yard/if it's a 'cottage' apartment. If it's common then it's the lower number here in Bend, Oregon (where we are 23% higher than the nations average in home prices.....weee!) |
