It depends on your needs. I see it this way: if you have a family, pets, you need space, so I would go for a house. If you are a college student or a single person (I'm not trying to generalize here though), than an apartment. Apartment looks more practical than a house. I live in a house and I love it. I have pets and I love having my garden, plants, etc. |

i think that i would like to someday purchase a house, but not until i am financially stable and i am happy with a certain area. i know already that i plan to move around a lot, so therefore i don't think that buying a house would be a good move yet. apartments often offer a safer environment with security guards and cameras. they also sometimes have pools, clubs, and exercise equipment. an apartment would be a good choice for seniors because it would help them make friends close by. |
