When you are 16 your parent can co-sign with you to get an aparment. At 18 you don't need permission anymore.
Of course you will need to pay your share of the rent, but I'm not 100% sure, but about 80% that your parents still have to help support you. |

Probably 18. Any landlord with half a brain wouldn't rent to anyone under 18, nor would any parent with the other half of a brain "sign off on any papers". Then there's the little problem of MONEY.....assuming you aren't "independently wealthy, of course. |
