Mickey Mouse lives there.
Or one of his relatives.
Or it has character, is older, dating from the pre-cookie cutter days.

tommy
that its old, dilapidated a way over priced!

Jean-Luc

If they said "knackered and in need of replacement" you wouldnt pay as much, would you?

Al Zymer

Alterfemego

Barbarian
