it depends, some include them and some don't. The management company should state what is included in rent. Ask them.

It all depends on the landlord, so deff make sure you are getting the right price, and always ask those questions!
check around for other great apartments...cheaper

Sometimes utilities are included and sometimes they are not.

It would be listed in the Ad that utilities are included.
Landlord pays for water and you pay for gas, electricity, phone, etc.
The utility bill is usually in your name and you open the account.
Same goes for phone and garbage.

it actually depends from person to person...personally i would say that it is better to include everything...you end up saving a little bit of money

Most landlords usually include the water or pay partial utilities but always ask and read the lease before signing!

we can all guess till we retire. READ your lease or intended lease.

MOST Landlords include water and garbage only.

electricity is always seperate

sometimes the landlord will pay for water and trash, although with the bad economy they are making most tenants pay for everything
