it depends, some include them and some don't. The management company should state what is included in rent. Ask them. |

It all depends on the landlord, so deff make sure you are getting the right price, and always ask those questions!

It would be listed in the Ad that utilities are included.
Landlord pays for water and you pay for gas, electricity, phone, etc.
The utility bill is usually in your name and you open the account.
Same goes for phone and garbage. |
