You are going to need another 2500 next month.

Sell some of your assets or find out where the nearest shelter is.

Hi,
Sorry to bust your chops a little, but here goes. Find a job....Yes working can actually make you the money you're looking for. Stop asking for handouts and get your lazy a#%
to work. If you haven't paid the rent in a couple of months, it's because you most likely spent it on drugs or booze. Get a job and pay your bills on time! And I hope no body here gives you a nickle.....OK maybe a wooden one.

Looky here: if you have suddenly realized that you need to pay rent (even though it's due every month) and suddenly realized that you didn't have the money for rent, then two things are true - first, you're living beyond your means, and cannot afford a $2500 apartment and second, you are not ready to live on your own unsupervised.

Why would you live somewhere you can't afford? Especially 2500 bucks?

I am sure this isn't news that you had to pay rent, where did you get it last month?

If you are getting evicted then obviously you owe a few months back rent and now it is time to pay the piper so to speak. Well good luck if you have not paid or even tried to pay over the last few months why do you expect anyone to help you now? You have done nothing in order to try to pay that back rent, but thought oh someone, or the government will help me, well sorry to say you is most likely SOL. Do you work? If so and you knew this problem was coming up why not work 2 jobs? Change your spending habits? By your spelling education is obviously lacking. Quit asking for handouts, there are no more left. If drugs are the problem get help, there is free education out there should of taken advantage of it. You only have yourself to blame. Myself am tired of paying taxes to support those that are always looking for a free ride, be responsible for yourself, or pay the consequences.

Can you sell or pawn something
Sell something on the street or beg
Go to a local church or agency that offers assistance.
Local Welfare Office

If you got a notice for paying the rent then I'm assuming that you are a couple of months behind and that you do not pay 2500 a month but it may be two months rent or possibly more. Have you tried family, friends? Start looking to what you can sell and sell it.

It sounds like your'e going through a hard lesson. Manage your money more wisely in the future. In the meantime, it might be best NOT to pay the $2,500, contact a local church (temple or otherwise) and inquire about possible rooms for rent. That will get you a place to live and the lower cost will help you to get back on your feet. Good luck, whatever happens!

$2500.00 is a lot to pay on rent. If you normally have that kind of money, why aren' t buying a house.

I just had surgery and almost lost my house, so I know how hard times can kick you in the fanny. And fast....

Luckily I had a little savings and a few friends that has helped me out until I could get back on my feet.

Is there anyone that would float you a loan. Would you be able to pay it back? Are your parents still with you , and are they willing to help you?

You could take out a loan with high interest rate, but are you able to pay it back.

Sounds like you are in a bind and really need some help from your family and friends. But you are going to also help yourself.

I wish all the luck,

If you have no money, but will have most of it soon, go talk to your landlord. Offer whatyou've got, and tell him what dates you'll have the rest.
If you have no money, and no definite dates to have the money, then contact local government and find out how soon the sheriff will come and put you out. But, once your eviction has begun, its public knowledge for all new landlords to find out about. It will make it more difficult to get a new place once eviction has begun. Its like selling your credit rating for a few weeks of a place to live.
The courts will take time to get the legal court case heard and to get the sheriff scheduled to be out there. So you will have a few weeks to get another place.
If you get any money during this time, I suggest you move and start fresh with a new landlord.
Best wishes and good luck.

CashTyme (or other payday lending service) or cashcall.com. Not the best credit decisions, but when the chips are down...

Do not push any zoot or yay, that will get you in worse trouble.

Yeah, try a church or something like that, borrow from family/friends ONLY if you intend to pay them back.
