well that is alot of sq ft for 90k
in the dallas area u can get a little less sq ft for about that price.. its a brand new house.. u wont be in the middle of nowhere either.. lots of jobs, activities, restaurants, etc.. |

If you can stand it try the Detroit area.
I looked on Realtor.com and started checking and there are lots of real nice big houses for sale in that price range. Most of them for sale by banks because there housing market is doing so poorly and these homes are in foreclosure.
You might even find something in the 50k to 60k range.
