We have 2 pitbulls so no apartments or rental houses will take us and even if they would-it has to be a 6 month lease and house is supposed to be built in 3 months or less.

Get an RV...slap it in an RV park...and live out of there. Might be trailer trashy for 3 months, but it's the states...you'll fit right in...lol... yeeeeehaaaaaa |

You are painfully discovering the pitfalls (no puns intended) of owning a breed such as a pitbull. NO ONE wants them on their property because of their ability to cause great physical harm, should they be moved to attack. Landlords can't get liability coverage with a pitbull present on the premises.
Your choice is to find a temporary home for your pitbulls, and then attempt to find a short term rental. It's going to be expensive either way.

There are some places that take renters for 3 months. Look into renting a home, and leaving the dogs outside. You can't possible rather be homeless than to leave the dogs outside for 3 motnhs. I know come people are crazy when it comes to their pets, but living in a truck because of them is ridiculous. There are actually compassionate people out there who will help you. |

You might have to just suck it up and live in the truck. Or you can get one of those extended stay hotel rooms and board your pets at a local kennel. |

There are companies that can put a very nice trailer on the lot where your house is being built, (they are like little portable houses) Insurance companies use them when houses are damaged. Try googling it, they are in every state, but can be kind of pricey. Good luck. My house took 18 months. |

ok this may be expensive I'm not sure, but why not rent a trailer/RV and park it on your land while your home is being built? |

Why would you put yourself in that situation in the first place...
You could rent a motor home, he may be better than a living out of a truck.
Depending on how wealthy you are, you could rent a cabin somewhere. |
