Was it your house? Or were you just renting? In either case, talk to the buyer and see if they will be willing to let you stay a bit longer. If its your house you will have more luck. If your renting, technically your landlord can't just kick you out. They have to give you adequit time to find a new place. Look into your local laws, but usualy its 30-90 days.
If your in a bind, you might need to go stay with a friend or relative till you can get on your feet and find a place. |
