Well, if you dont mind the heat Dallas, Texas is one of the more freindly cities in all of America. They support all sports like football, baseball, and hockey. Every time you dirve by a person they'll wave. It's a very good place to raise a family or just be in. |

If you want to buy a house at a reasonable price, cross San Diego off your list. CA is also a very high tax state. Florida and Texas are for more favorable. |

Well only you can decide that for sure but my favorites of those places are CA, TX, and FL, just b/c I think those would be cool places to live. AZ would be kinda cool, too. But personally I would probably pick one of the first three. |

i live i san Diego and it is ausome i want to live here the rest of my life. if you can afford it move to California. anywhere is great except for la and orange county.....san Diego is the best

Well .... Real Estate is at an all time low in all of these areas :BUT still very expensive when compared to your North Eastern states ....
Personally; I believe that Scottsdale Arizona would be best out of the areas that you mentioned ....
I'd jump on Realtor.com and just see what is offered in an area before I moved there ..... Good Luck ! |
