I can tell you from my personal experience HOUSES sleep better, I just moved into my first house from an apartment and it is alot more cozy, comforting and of course you dont hear your neighbors in the room next door.. |

There are a lot of home owners that are not sleeping well .
It is not the home it is the mortgage that is getting them. And the fact that there home valuse is dropping big time and they are now under water.

HOUSES we sold our house after 9 years and moved into a smaller, less expensive apartment and the noisy neighbors at all hours of the day and night are driving us crazy. Our house was on a major truck route that was set up for trucks to by-pass the center of town and it was still quieter than this apartment building. |
