Me. It's a suburb of Kansas City (Missouri side) called Lee's Summit.
Population is about 92,000 but it is growing extremely fast. Median income is I think 85,000 and I think housing is 250,000. Not a lot on the coasts but in the midwest that's expensive.
It's the 19th safest city in the country and has the best school district in the state. |

I guess it depends on what you consider rich.
If you are strictly going off of sales price, I'm not in a rich town.
I imagine Palm Springs, CA is probably up there, I don't think I saw anything for less than $700,000 and the median income is working wage. Most of the people that own houses there don't live there. |
