To buy or rent?? If it is to buy, they are normally unfurnished, if it is to rent, then they are normally furnished - occassionally unfurnished. It depends who its for - if its for young people/students they would be glad of furniture as its unlikely they would be able to afford their own. Older people may like unfurnished, as they may have their own furniture to bring. If it were me I'd prefer unfurnished so I could have furniture of my own taste rather than somebody elses. |

They are not all unfurnished, some places let part or fully furnished. Part furnished are usually just white goods (fridge cooker etc) |

Most places here in the states are rented unfurnished, and some houses (rather than apartments or flats) don't even have refrigerators or stoves.
It's very rare to find a furnished apartment here, unless you live in a college town or are renting a vacation property. |
