Will anyone rent to a person with bad credit and no recent job history?
I have money to buy a mobile home, but my situation is considered weird by some.

Married, but want to live by myself.

Landlord
You won't be able to buy a mobile home, you have to rent the space.

Try those weekly hotels, they will rent to you.

My approach to your problem would be to rent via a prepayment of six months since you have money that is available for a mobile home which is not the best investment. Renting is the way to go. One cautionary note: if you have plans for many visitors then you are asking for a landlord reaction. You have to include all of the material facts when negotiating from weakness. Eliminate problems by not having a bunch of pets. Anything out of the ordinary. Good luck.

Not if that person is a conscious house owner

You'll find some, but your choices will be limited. You could offer to put up a couple of months' rent in advance. That might persuade the landlord.

it depends.. you will probably have to have a co-signer if you have bad credit.. as long as you meet all the other requirements with the person you're renting from, you should be good.

it is up to you to find someone who will not mind that you have no work history but really if you are going to move out you should have a job and atleast enough money to pay a few months bills. appartments dont mind as long and you make 3 time the amount of rent

if your renting a family home....hell yes....and apartment hell no....no credit checks to anyone when pertaining to renting an apartment......but u will have to get a job....and that divorce can probably worsen your credit

I would say no to both because if he/she has a history of unemployment the renter may ponder the reason of unemployment as well as whether the person will pay the rent on time or not.

OMG
Would you rent to someone with bad credit and no recent job history? I doubt someone would, but it's completely possible.

Yes, some people live like this for years. You have to pay rent in cash and in advance, and the joints are usually pretty seedy. Motels with kitchenettes, and so on.

Else you could try the Y.
