when i rent my properties and my prospect tenants meet my standard check- credit history, they work and previous landlord don't complain about them much. you should not be worry. maybe he will not call your landlord at all ,and rent the house to you anyway- is his to do what he please. call him if he don't call you on Monday. |

i hope you get it just don't get your hopes up too much when me and my mom were looking for houses to rent we would get all excited and plan where we would put the furniture and then when they told us we didn't get it it was a big let down. good luck |
