Will you buy a house which has number 13 in it's address?
Considering the house is in really good condition when compared to others on market, will you NOT buy it just because it has number 13 in its address?

╣China ♥ Doll╠
I'm not afraid of the number 13, it's not an unlucky number to me. However, I believe that 4 is an unlucky number because the Chinese word for 4 and die have the same pronunciation.

sugaree
only if it was 1313 mockingbird lane in mockingbird heights.

Splendable
Wow - our house number is 1367, and I didn't even make that connection until reading this question. Considering that we just bought last January, no, it didn't make the slightest bit of difference to us.

dkpoh

The house i used to live in has a 13 in the address and for the guy with superstition about the number 4 it also had the number 4 in the address. Maybe that explains all the accidents I seem to be involved in. LOL

The number ahs nothing to do with it. If you Really like it then buy it. Something has to come between 11 and 15 on that side of the street.

Edith Piaf
Yes I would. Why should I be afraid of a number?

I mean Really Who cares about a nice house with a 13 in it. your way too superstitious!

depends on the price. if it's cheaper than an identical house without the number 13, yes, i will buy it. otherwise, the potential resale value might be lower comparing to houses without the number 13 because there are a lot of superstitious people.
