My answer would be maybe, maybe not. The problem with house buying is that is very personal in many ways. What works for me might not work for you. So it depends on what ~you~ need. Is a garage worth the price to you? Does your vehicle need the protection of a garage due to the neighborhood, weather or care of that special paint job?
We don't have a garage, but we do have space to build in the future. It isn't an necessity in our case, as we do have a shed for outdoor items. It is amazing what people can live without when they truly start to define need and want. |

Yes depending on the area, and whether you'll need what you store in it. Often times it just gets clogged with junk just waiting for a yard sale. |
