Courtney | boyfriend issues with moving |
Okay story is my boyfriend and i got a six month lease under my name. I
have 1 month left on lease and already have somewhere to go. Problem is i am
breaking up with my boyfriend and im leaving right under his nose im still leaving
all his things for him. I had mentioned to him a while back ago that im not happy
and tried to tell him i was leaving before he would not let me go. He told me if i
left him he would ruin the apartment before he moved his things out since the
apartment is not under his name. He said he would mess my life up. Can he do that
if i had already moved out and he still has access to apartment? And are there ways
i can do to prevent this happening? He is not an easy person to get along with to
just sit down and tell him im not happy with him anymore. Please help!!!

Call the police and get him to leave....change the lock..you are responsible for the unit if you are on the lease, not him...so yes he can do damage if he wants and you will end up paying for it. |
