hi,after long negotiation we finally got the seller to take the house of the market.there was a lot of intrest.we are financially the best bet according to the agent who worked hard on our behalf.very late in the day the agent finally got the seller to accept our offer(we threatened to pull out if there was any more viewings).the agent told us after a very long day,congratulation the house is of the market its yours.can the seller pull out.can the agent go back on this.they seem very honest but we have no idea how this works.thanks
