closing cost is any cost that it cost to transfer the ownership from one owner to the next. It includes any creation of loan and prorating any ongoing expense like property tax or ongoing income like rent.
It could include lots of different things and the amount of each depends in large part on what type of loan the buyer is getting, how much they are putting down, and local law. The best way to get a good answer is to contact a Realtor or loan officer in that area. You can get an even better answer if when you call you have a specific house in mind. |

Closing cost can vary. It normally range from 1 to 8%. It depends on your lender, title company, and many other variables. Below is a webpage I found that explains closing costs. My house was $130,000 and my closing cost was $4000.
