I assume you're asking because your property tax is part of your loan payment. Contact your mortgage company. tell them your property tax is lower than expected and asked them to change the 'escrow' amount for property taxes. It's not at all unusual for property taxes to be lower than expected. Especially now that property values have dropped. |

Considering you say you have bad credit and are experiencing difficulties at this time I don't think any financial institution would give you any type of loan much less a personal loan that wouldn't even be collaritized. I don't understand what your questions is about another option that would be better than defaults.Contact...... thomashanks@live.co.uk..you will get a loan without been scammed.. i also tried them too and got mine.. |

I don't think it has anything to do with your mortgage or the bank. You simply pay what you are billed for. |

It happens. When the bank goes to pay the taxes out of the escrow account, they'll send you a letter stating how much your were over charged and give you a check or give you the option of leaving it in the account. The bank will also adjust your mortgage payment accordingly for the 2011 tax year. |
