I think it's a great name that encompasses both businesses very nicely. If you already have an established website with good traffic and search engine results, you really don't want to start a new one from scratch and have to build up that good will all over again. You could have the embroidery as a subset of your already established shop, that way you'll take advantage of the buzz you already have going.
As for the person who said it's too complicated for foreigners to remember -- that shouldn't even be a concern. Your main market is going to be the US anyway, you don't want to cater to the lowest common denominator, you want to have a sophisticated and descriptive name, which I think you have. |

If you are very passionate about your jewlery name and it has alot of meaning to you keep it otherwise change it up.. Try something like in and out threads. Might work. try something with just a little jazz to it.. |

I think that from a marketing perspective the name is a bit too complicated. I mean it is an OK name, its cute; however, lets say that foreigners or people that really do not speak English as fluent or well live around your area want to spread the word about it, then it will be a bit complicated for them to pronunciate or even remember what your store is called. You have to think about these things before you name a store. Just try to keep it short and simple. Make it something catchy and simple that EVERYBODY can remember, and that way, if they like what you offer, they can spread the word about your shop without having to go, "what was that shop called?"
