Here's my dilemma. My husbands company started participating in a 401K plan many years ago. About 2 years ago, they told their employees they would no longer match the employees contribution, so the only money going into his account, is his own money. If you look on his paystub it appears they are still contributing, but they are NOT. Isn't this fraudulent? What can he do about this?
