I sold my wii on Ebay last monday. I sent an invoice, emailed her and she said she would pay me on monday. I said if she hadn't been paid by Monday afternoon I would have to relist it.
It's now 3pm Monday. Nothing. What should I do? I don't want to be harsh on her by re-listing it, I don't want to annoy her emailing her again, but I really need that money.
Any adivce? Thanks! :)

I will take the charitable view - she bought the item at the tail end of the month and may have had to wait for a monthly salary cheque to go in before she can pay you. Monday lasts until midnight and she could be at work and without computer access until she gets home.
Dont let this discourage you - i have been ebaying for 4 years and have nearly 1000 positive feedbacks. Anything i buy i pay for within a couple of hours. Tonight i sold 2 pairs of levi's Jeans on ebay and both were paid for within an hour. |

I'd give it till 6pm personally. Technically it is still 'Monday afternoon' and she may be at work or something... bad ebaying though. |

Email her and sayyouve got till 5pm to pay or im afraid il have to re-list it due to current interest from others on the prodcut. If shje dont reply , re-liost it , fairs fair! |

I would send her one more invoice and wait until tomorrow. Then I would file an unpaid item dispute. Then you have to wait 7 days to relist. I know it is a pain but that is how you get your listing fees etc back. Also now that sellers cannot leave negetive feedback you want to do it properly so she cannot leave feedback for you if she ends up not paying.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and not jump the gun when I am selling on ebay, because as a buyer also I have told a seller I would pay on a certain day and as I go to pay my computer freezes up, so I had to go to my sisters the next day and the seller was very understanding. We are all human and forget or mess up. If she ignores your invoice or you don't hear from her I would just give it a day and then file the claim if she doesn't pay. |

I think it's a little bis suspicious that they said if they havent paid by today then relist!
Give it until 6pm, when it's officially evening, then send her and email saying you are now relisting. Dont let them have a second chance. |

Assuming you haven't sent the wii out, give it til 6pm then email saying you're going to relist. If you already sent wii to buyer you need to contact ebay asap |

Tell her you're going away tomorrow to spend xmas and new year with family and won't be back till the new year.Tell her if she pays NOW you can post it this evening before the post office shuts at 5pm before you go.If she really wants it she will pay right away.If not report her to ebay so you don't have to pay listing fees.

Send her one last reminder and if she doesnt reply by this evening (many people cant use internet at work) report her to eBay and relist the item!!
Just remember you are lumbered with the listing fees so make sure she is reported and ebay will refund the fees back to you! |

Email, one last time- make sure you get payment by paypal. If you don't hear from her by say 9pm relist and ask for immediate payment from the buyer. That's a right pain when people do that, I'm sorry!! |

Send your billing statement one more time. Many times, people simply forget, or don't check back on ebay sales as often as the seller of an item is apt to. Seven days is not a long time. some people pay later. If you still get no response, file a case for non-payment. Otherwise, ebay will charge you a fee for your final value on the item, as if it were sold and you received the money.
Always check the veracity of your buyers in advance. If they have a history of not paying, or paying slowly, as shown in their My World Page, you can exclude them from bidding on your items.

ebay wont let you do anything for 28 days thats how long she has to pay, if she doesnt by then you can relist it or second chance offer if someone else bid |
