Well....if the Client gets a good value and quality product than I believe that you have a happy satisfied customer. It's silly too think that someone who just got a good deal and a good product will be unhappy. And if you do feel unhappy it's probably because you are suffering from buyers remorse.(Something, I always do - LOL) |

Well if he has to choose I would say quality is best, but if he has a quality product at a great value then he should 9 times out of 10 be satisfied. Some people are just mean and angry and are never satisfied. |

quality product. i know that if the product last long they will come back to your store. if it of lesser quality but cost less they would be happy when they leave. When they get home tho--they will not want to go back t o your store. |

I USE TO BE A MANAGER IN RETAIL I HAVE FOUND IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A HAPPY CUSTOMER LONG TERM THEN SHORT TERM. SO I WOULD ALWAYS GIVE THEM THE BEST QUALITY TO BUILD TRUST AND THEY WILL ALWAYS COME BACK WHEN THE PRODUCT YOU SUGGESTED IS BETTER. i am not shouting forgot the caps was no lol. |

It really is all about the Customer. Remember, think of it if you were in there shoes. Would you go back to a store thats full of rip off BS, or go back to a store that has good employees that knows about the Market and is willing to give you that good discount to f**k with the system. |

In most cases, that will mean that the client gets a good value (at least as perceived by the client). But some clients don't especially want a good value. At one extreme, maybe they want the absolutely most expensive, top-of-the-line watch you sell. It's not a good value at all. They're paying $10,000 when a $30 watch keeps just as good time. But they want the glamor and exclusivity. And this is what makes the client happy, feeling satisfied.
Or the client wants the absolute cheapest thing you've got. Maybe that's all the money they have. Or--let's use the example of a disposable camera. Maybe they just need to take some snapshots. They don't want to spend $150 on a nice camera. A $10 throw-away will suit their needs just fine. The $10 throwaway isn't a quality product, and may not even be a good value. But it's what the client wants, and so the client leaves happy, feeling satisfied.
