Its about time, most sellers don't leave feedback until after the buyer has which isn't right, if i have paid for an item in a timely manner then i should get feedback whether or not the sale goes through (eg lost in post). |

The new rule is that buyers can leave negative or neutral feedback , sellers can only leave positive
also they are going to hide all bidding user ID's from beginning of April
going on what you have said - it sellers have to leave feedback first what would happen if the seller dosn't leave feedback , the buyer would never have the chance to |

I heard that you will not beable to leave negative feedback. If thats true it will be stupid because us buyers read feedback to help us decide wether to buy from that person or not. |

if you read the help section on ebay it just state is feedback is not left within 14 days possitve feedback will be left automatically. |

That is not the new rule. It is Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers. And it starts in May. I, for one, cannot believe that eBay is doing this. WTF are they thinking!!? |

Good idea to me, because the buyer has kept up their end of the bargain, i hate it when i leave negative feedback for the seller and they do the same for me just because i did it to them, even though i did nothing wrong during the transaction, it really gets my goat! |

I truely hope you are jesting my friend as if that is true i will not be happy.
Having sold on ebay for many many years now, the few times i have left f/b before the buyer i have been stung with abusive nasty unjust f/b.
Buyers leave f/b to let the seller know that they are happy with the purchase, the seller follows up this f/b with their f/b.
It's common sence really. |

Good idea as we all know the seller wont leave any until you have given them a glowing report as a buyer.
On Amazon I have had two order's completely ****** up and both times they didn't give me the chance to leave feedback, just shows that system is faulty as well. |
