Oh, congrats on the new coming baby!! I understand why you want to stay home. That's why my husband and I started our own home based business, was so that both of us could stay home and raise our child (children now). I didn't want him to have to be the typical dad gone all the time and home just for dinner and putting the kids to bed. Most home jobs only pay minimum wage. Not a sufficient amount of income for anyone to survive on. If you really want to make a difference in your child's life, I suggest you start a home based business where you can make a sufficient amount of money for both you and your husband to work out of your home and be able to support yourselves and especially this new baby. Raising a baby to toddler to preteen to teenager, costs a lot of money. The average child costs parents a million dollars during their life time. $500 extra a month is not going to cover it. You also have to think about, money spent in the future like Pre-school, after school sports, clothing, birthday parties, their first car, and then the big one college. You really need to set yourselves up to be able to afford all of these things. That's why I suggest you start your own home based business. They're inexpensive to start, most are under $500 but the income opportunity is the same as a traditional business, with less expenses in overhead costs, you don't have to have set hours like stores do, they're easier to run etc.
I don't know what you like to do, so I can only tell you what my husband and I started over six years ago and point you out to some others to take a look at. Ours well supports our family of six. We have four children ages 10, 6, 3 and 1.
We got involved in the telecommunications industry with a world wide company that's over 15 years old. We've been featured in several magazines Inc 500 rated us the 22nd fastest growing company. They offer services that people use every day and pay for anyway, but now they can have a lower cost. Services such as local and long distance phones, Internet, digital phones, video phones (you can see the person your taking to live)VOIP, Satellite TV, and all the major cellular phone companies like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltell, Nextell etc. have partnered up with them too.
How many people do you know, or know of, that uses one or more of these services? How would you feel if you could save people money on services that they're already using? Every time they pay their bills each month, you make a percentage off these bills every single month. Huge income opportunity. It's incredible how much money is involved in this industry.

Freebie trading would be the quickest and easiest to start, you can get paid by other people to complete trial offers. It's legit and it's the first way I made any money online, it's how I started out.
People will pay you to be a referral, which they need to get the prize they are going after. Say they want a free xbox, they need to complete a trial offer then refer "x" number of people.
They will pay those people a certain amount (usually $20 to $30) and in exchange they end up "buying" the xbox for less than it would have been in a retail store.
This is your quickest and most honest way to make money online, I've done it and know it works.

You can start your own information based website to make some extra cash. The concept is simple...start a site that you are passionate about and place Google Ads and affiliate programs on your site.
