Yeah! They only deliver on weekdays, during the hours when most people are at work, so unless you have someone to pick up the package you end up driving to their depot, waiting in line and then waiting another hour while they look for the package. At least FedEx will deliver to the nearest Kinko's. |

Destroyed $1,500 Monitors while denying responsibility because the package exceeded their weight requirements. These were 80+ Monitors that had to be shipped back to CA from Northern VA due to the "red light of death." Even though the monitors were insured, UPS refused to reimburse my company or Viewsonic. I don't know how this was resolved but I think we switched to FedEx or Airborne which would do the shipping without UPS' BS. |

yes, the packages I normally send end up like they have been thru a battle field... foot prints, crushed corners. You name it.

We've had better luck with USPS than UPS. We paid them for shipping a box of stuff to someone in Florida a year ago and they say we didn't. Somehow I doubt they would have shipped it at all if they hadn't gotten the money out of my bank account though....
Oh, and they DO like to go almost all the way up our stairs, knock lightly if at all, and then leave the package on the top of the staircase without making us sign for it. |

Well about a year ago the knucklehead put an envelope in my door without ever knocking. I found it a day AFTER it was delivered (I'd been going out the back) and found a check in there for $50,000. Anybody could have got it. So needless to say I don't trust them. |
