I'm currently in a similar situation, so will be interested in seeing any answers that this may produce. Currently housebound due to anxiety issues and indesperate need of an income.
One thing, is there anything you enjoy doing? a lot of things can be done from home as a home business. I.e. i know people who have started off working for themselves via a creative route like selling hand made crafts, even someone who started buying wholesale items and reselling them on so she can fund a store she's trying to run to get it started.
At the moment i'm selling off things like my old books on amazon, and various misc things on ebay. May not be a thing that can last long but it's a start.
Please be careful about what you sign up to online, most of the things won't even get you a decent income unless you end up refering people, and they refer others, waste of time pyramid schemes and other scams, all they achieve is money in their pocket from ad revenue and you get flooded with spam emails.
First step i think is to highlight a few things and skills that you can do, and then try and think about possible services you may be able to provide. Or research into web based stores. Wish i had some amazing advice, i'm in the same situation really i think, currently trying to work out my options. Currently working on t-shirt designs to try and open up my own store on cafepress etc. |

I don't know about something being delivered to your house you packing it and it being resent back out. I've never heard of that before, but take a look at homeworkerleads.com there are a variety of different types of work you can do from home. Maybe you'll get some new ideas from that website. |

Not really sure what amount you are looking to make, on average I make about £250 every 2 weeks from my scheme, however the money isnt guarenteed Im afraid.
Am only 16 so do it part time between school, and more recently between GCSE revision. Find it much better than a part time job as 1. the pay is better usually and I can work whenever I want, so if I have a spare hour I use it on this rather than waste it.
Anyway, what I do is use those giveaway sites, where you sign up to a deal, (lovefilm, coral bet etc) and then refer friends.
Some offers and entirely free, (lovefilm) others you have to pay a fiver or so for, but it is worthwhile. Obviously start with the free offers. You then refer people to do exactly the same as you and then you receive a free item, normally I get a PS3. All the deals and with well known companies e.g Lovefilm, Coral Bet, Gala Bingo, Churchill, so inputting details into their sites is fine and will cuase no problems. Just liek shopping in tesco.
Anyway, I then sell the PS3 on ebay, keep the money, and start again on a new item.

If you want to take surveys for money, you should know a few safety tips first.
1. Don't give out your credit card #'s, SSN's, or bank account info.
2. Don't send any money, they are supposed to pay you.
3. Check and see if they have a forum. Reputable sites will have a forum and members will post pictures of their payments there.
