Anything other than Avon or Mary Kay to sell?

Way too many people in my area do both..Any other companies that work the same way as Avon and Mary Kay ?

I am a consultant for Arbonne. They are a Beauty Company like Avon and Marykay, but with a focus on Health and Wellness.

Arbonne is a growing 24 year old company the has seen amazing growth in the last 5 years. I think the reason for the growth is because so many people are concerned with their heath. The market is not saturated with consultants. I had never heard of them and most people I speak with now are very interested, because they have not heard of Arbonne.

Arbonn offers one of the best success plans. It is what it says...a success plan. They offer wonderful compensation, but at the same time they offer training and a success plan.
They offer online tranings and materials at Arbonne University. This is all free to the consultants.

When you look at a company, you want to find one that has products that people NEED and will NEED again and again. Everyone uses shampoo, lotion, make-up, vitamins, and soap. You also want to work for a company that has a plan that will help you grow a strong team that supports each other. The way Arbonnes success plan is arranged, you are rewarded for helping the people you sponsor. If you don't help your team grow their team, then you will not move up the plan ladder. It encourges everyone to work together. They also have the plan set up that if someone you sponsor gets above you on the management level, you can catch up later. So if one of your team members is doing better than you, you will still want to encourage them. Many other programs don't allow this and if you do better than your sponsor, they may not do much to help you in fear of losing you from their team. Really ask questions about the pay plan and management structure.

Having a home based business is great! You need to find something that you believe in and sale a product that everyone needs. I don't know what you like to do, other then make up products, so I can only tell you what my husband and I started over six years ago and point you out to some others to take a look at. I have had great success with lia sophia jewelry. It is a home party business, so we go to parties, set out a jewelry display, answer some questions, write up orders and get paid! I have been in your shoes and have spent many hours online researching and trying to find the right one. The one thing that I ended up figuring out is that there are no true work from home "jobs." In a work from home job you usually start out working for a company and then for whatever reason, sometimes, the company will let you take your job home; thus work from home job.
