The ones that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.

Hi! Yes, there are some legitimate jobs/businesses. In fact, to assess if a business is legitimate, check with the Better Business Bureau to see what their reputation is like, check to see how long the business has been around, and be wary of those that ask for money upfront (it is normal for there to be start-up costs, but it should be free to evaluate the business!)
Of the companies that appear to be legitimate, look to see what kind of training and ongoing support they'll offer you, as that can be a crucial point to your success.

Yes, most of them are scams. Beware of those companies. Don't pay for any company.

Where are you looking? There are several work at home mom websites that offer all kinds of advice & help. My home business
is less than $50 to start. I work my own hours and have complete control over my profits. Mine is a "business" rather than a "job".. Search for "work at home moms" or "wahm" to find forums and message boards. These are real people making real money.
