There are a lot of different things you can do from home. You have a few options to look into. a home job which pays minimum wage. But understand that after taxes your looking at your take home as below minimum wage. Your other option is to look into having a home based business in an industry that you like. You have the same income opportunity as a traditional business, without all the over head expenses. Not everything is a scam. You just have to find something that make sense to you and you will like doing. Everything is going to take work and effort if you want to actually make money so you definitely should enjoy what you do. I spent a ton of time researching and trying different home businesses and jobs so I know there is legitimate opportunities out there. Yes, there are legitimate work-at-home jobs. I have one.
It took me a while to find it. I spent several hours over the course of several day, browsing through all the scam listings at hotjobs, careerbuilder, monster, etc. This one looked reasonably legitimate, so I sent my resume. I got a telephone interview a few weeks later, and started work a couple of weeks after that. I've been doing this for well over a year now.
I don't work *for* Microsoft, but I do work *with* Microsoft. The company for which I work provides global outsourcing for a myriad of international companies; MS is only one of them.
No ... there are no openings at this time; at least not on my team.
Keep looking ... you'll find something eventually. |
