Those are prymid scams usually. You pay fo r the advertizers information which inturns guide syuuo how to advertize and refund him a portion of that.
No one is going to pay you 1 dollar to stuff envelopes if they did we all would quit wolk. I can do thousands a day:)

If you are smart enough to formulate the question, then you are certainly smart enough that, deep down, you already know the answer to this question.
The only folks that make money in the "envelope-stuffing" business are the ones selling the "opportunities".
Would you take a job as a teacher if you had to pay an "investment" up front? Or a job as a postal worker than required you to pay them, first? It doesn't make any sense, does it?
Of course it's a scam. Please don't waste your money!

Some of the "scam" charge you an upfront "setup" fee. They will try to convince you that it takes money to make money.
There are some that are legit buy you have to work very hard.
