I agree with your husband that you should find a company that is legit and real. However understand that with the application process your talking about, you wouldn't have a business, this would pertain to a job. "home job" which will not make you a sufficient amount of income. They only pay around minimum wage. After taxes are taken out, your looking at your take home being less then minimum wage. Is this sufficient amount of income for you? If it is, then Here's a place where you can go and apply for a home job at a call center. At least they give you an opportunity for pay raises. But they won't be much, and you'll have to work there for a couple of years before you'll make anything close to decent.
Your first idea of home based business is your best option to be able to make a sufficient amount of income. They're businesses not jobs, so they do have start up fees. A friend of mine created a blog on her yahoo 360 page on home based business opportunities. There are several different ones to take a look at in different industries. Also a lot of good informaton you should read and learn about.

No unless you're a professional like a sales person, representative, presenter, Information Technology professional etc. who would most likely travel. Why do people keep believing they can work from home, life isn't that easy. Get a real job or be a stay at home parent. Chose one, you can't be both. |

Yes, there are a lot of people out there to scam - get your money and run, just be careful.
I work from home, it was purely by accident but it's working for me.

The only thing I can think of is trading stocks and futures. It is hard though. It takes most traders a few years to learn and 90% fail. You could get rich though. |
