Sounds very similar to a costume shop, only high end merchandise would be available. Doesn't sound to bad, but see if you can get a financial partner. The partner is to receive a monthly payment with interest on his/her investment from you and once the business gets off the ground and is doing what you want it to be, pay off the balance to the partner and it's all yours. If you have this dream of wanting this idea to work, you will never know until you try. Don't look back some day and say, gee, only if I............... and don't regret it if it doesn't work out for you. You must fail before you can succeed and learn from your mistakes. Hi, yes it's a good idea although do your background research first as in, what area will you establish the business? Is there already one in the area (these already exist) maybe try adding something to your business that others dont have. This could be maybe incorporating not only the dress but the accessories (bag, jewllery, shoes etc..) that go with the dress, stuff that the everyday person just wouldnt be able to afford UNLESS they rented it off you.

The idea kinda sux. Think about it : high end merchandise going to cost alot (like my wife's Valentino wedding dress was 4500$) so you telling us you are going to stock up with 7 same lets say wedding dresses , but in different sizes ? cuz people dont come in same sizes you know , if they did would be awesome idea. In reality to make that idea work , you need ALOT of start capital. |
