i would like to help someone start a business. im not looking for huge profits or anything. i would just like to be part of something that could turn out to be something major. of course i would like to get paid a little but im not expecting wealth. i have prior military experience and im a hard worker. very honest and loyal. im smart and easy to get along with. im just one of those unfortunate souls that hasnt had many opportunities presented to him. Additional Details im 24 years old. i live in the dallas, texas area. right now im working as a security guard making ten dollars an hour and barely making enough to pay my bills. i speak english very well. i dont speak spanish but understand a little. i have a best friend and his girlfriend that are willing to work also. im a leader and great at problem solving.
From the info you provide a teen center may be a good choice for your business. Now you're probably asking how to make money as a teen center. Look into not for profit organizations (very different then nonprofit organizations) and government grants. Not for profit means the business isn't going to get rich, that's not it's intention. Employees/operators of Not for profit business are still entitled to a fair wage. You have a few points in your favor for government grants such as being a veteran. DO NOT go for any of those government grant web offers, instead go to your local library and ask for help on obtaining a book on them. Look around the area you're interested in, find potential sites, get numbers if you can on costs. Come up with a business plan, see how your prospective staff can be scheduled to meet community needs.

Go onto a job search engine like workapolis or look in your newspaper start off somewhere just to show you've got experience, I know it's a tough thing when I 1st started to work or trying to find a job with no experience no one wanted to hire me but i kept at it and just started taking jobs that wanted me to work with no experience and then had something to show on my resume but with your background your bound to get something much easier than I had starting out in the job force. Remember not to give up and always keep moving forward and keep positive, it goes a long way. Good Luck.
