I wouldn't put anything to personal on it sense it's a flyer. But I would put experience if you have any...that way they know that you are a good person and have had experience with children. Most people that respond to a flyer for babysitters usually hold interviews unless you have a daycare. So they will get a better feel if it will be a fit or not that way. But yes, your name and number and maybe a picture. Stay away from putting your address or school or anything like that...they can get that info in the interview process. I think it would probably be better to talk about prices for service in the interview too...dont put that on the flyer itself... |

Your name, contact info, hours available, rates, maximum number of children at a time.
It might also be good to make it clear that you don't want to be responsible for the friends of the kids you're watching. |

i would just put:
-your number
-if you have any experience
-what ages you are willing to babysit
-what days you are able to babysit
-how much you expect to be paid
& maybe add a cute picture to catch peoples eye |

Put a title like babysitting
and put your name, address, phone number, age, etc.
keep each short, and make the words (each different section, like age, number, address) different colors so the flyer stands out |

just the basis, that you have experience and that you are great with kids, that you are responsible that kind of stuff. what you are willing to do and where, meaning your house or theirs. 2-3 hours or a whole day. just basics
good luck |

Short and to the point statements about what makes you the best babysitter choice.
Any certifications in babysitting? Do you know CPR? Do you have references available upon request? Can you drive yourself to the location? Have you babysat for special needs kids? Your age? Any child development education courses in High school or college? Do you do light housekeeping if the kids are asleep?
Don't forget your phone number!
And check your name on the web. I would private or take down any personal pictures on any of your websites that you wouldn't want a prospective client to see. |

USE THE MOST IMPORTANT EYECATCHING STUFF IN BOLD. MAKE SURE YOU PRESENT YOURSELF AS A MATURE YOUNG WOMAN, IT ALSO HELPS TO MENTION THAT YOU HAVE RE4FERENCES AVAILABLE. I WOULD NEVER PAY ANY ATTENTION TO SITTERS WHO HAVE NO REFERENCES AND ITS A VERY I,PORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS |

Detail your experience, and what sets you apart from other babysitters. Include your contact information and if you have one you should add a photo of you and a child or children that you have experience with. Make sure you have references ready to provide people with, because they will ask. |
|

decidor
 |
most important things are: do you have any experience? any references? how much pay do you want? how to reach you. |

DO NOT PUT YOUR PHOTO in any kind of flyer advertising your 'services' ... and you should get your 'babysitting jobs' from people who KNOW YOU and who TRUST YOU to take care of their little ones, and if you do that properly you won't NEED a 'flyer' at all. Decide on what you are going to charge PER CHILD, and be sure that you charge MORE for the times when the child is 'awake' than asleep because you'll have to 'do more' ... and find some good easy games you can play, both indoors and out, and some good books you can read to them if they're too little to be reading themselves. DO NOT let them 'sit in front of the TV' because that's not GOOD for them either physically or intellectually. IF you do decide to use a 'flyer' put your phone number and the 'neighborhood(s)' you'll be willing to work in, and a 'sliding scale' fee per child ... also put 'games, reading, communication' as your TOP FEATURES ... you'll get clients ... |

Here are the following things you put on it:
~if youd babysit at ur house, their house, or either
~wat days you can babysit and wat hours too
~ur phone number (tip: put little tabs at the bottom of the flyer that they can rip off)
~ur address(maybe)
~ur experience with children
~ wat age children your willing to watch
~and ur name |
|

Maris
|
Please don't put your address or picture on your flyer - you don't know where and who they are being delivered to.
Put your name, phone number, the cost and the type of availability you have, and what ages and how many kids you can watch. Until you get a call - you shouldn't give out personal information!
Good luck! |
|

i.am.
 |
name, age, phone number, siblings ages (if possible) babysitting courses you took and cpr training should all be mentioned.
that is the kind of stuff i would need to know before i called you. |

You should never put out flyers to advertise babysitting, If you had taken the course you would have knowen that, many girls who advertise that way get raped/sexually abused. Its always best to go thru family and family friends. Always make sure you have a ride home and never take one from a family memeber if you dont know the family. also if you dont have the red cross babysitting training you should put it on there, so people are aware of your lack of training. |
|

hi
 |
your name, number, email addresses, how old u r, if u took any classes on babysitting, references, etc. |
|

Michelle
|
great!
okay, well you'll need your FIRST NAME ONLY. no last names, not until u get a job, and wen u do, interview them a couple days BEFORE the job WITH YOUR PARENTS. just incase they're pyshco rapers. well, it happens. :/
okay so here's a good layout;
First name/business name
age
experience
why you want to be a babysitter
times you are available
contact info [[i would say only email or HOME phone, no cell phone until they are ur client because u dont know who u can trust]]
rates
anything else is absoluetly great!
and i wonder if putting too much on the flyer's wat happened to me..so i guess kinda keep it limited, but while u hand them the flyer u can certainly tell them more about urself and watever u wantd to write extra. hope i helped! |
