There is no best web hosting company, all are just ok unless you are willing to pay A LOT of money. And most are going to be ok if you choose a big one since your site is probably small to mid size and not too busy.

I get free, what would cost like $150 on lunarpages or godaddy or something like that. And then, you can even upgrade for even more features for just $5 a month! That's what I think about it.
