No..you can list it as Buy It Now in a regular auction but you cannot do a Fixed Price until you have 10 feedback for a single item or ID Verify. Good luck |

I am not sure about the new E-bay rules but in the past your feed back had nothing to do with buy it now.
I do know that you can`t put a reserve on anything less than £50.00p but you can have a "buy it now" price on anything |

i dont think there is you could put the extra information in you item description at the end something like 'Contact me if you want to buy this item outright' but then you would have to end the sale and get them to send you a cheque it could get complicated |
