Assuming:
1: You're in Europe, (as I'm guessing you are from the fact this is on Yahoo UK!)
and
2: You have bought the iPods from a legal source within the EU
and
3: You haven't signed a contract with YOUR supplier forbidding you from re-selling them on the high street.
then Yes, you have every right to sell them.
Actually, it's not clear whether such a term (3, above) would be legal any more... but if you bought from Apple who are A: used to USA law, and B: notoriously litigious, asked for such a term, and took you to court, it could wipe you out trying to pay the legal fees to fight them, whether you would win or not.
If you've bought them from OUTSIDE the EU, things are slightly more complex. The issue is that non-EU iPods may well NOT be CE-certified, in which case it would be an offence to sell them (unless you were to certify them yourself, which IS possible.)
You may also find that, in these circumstances, Apple refuse to provide any support on the product, and YOU as the reseller would be obliged to do so. |
